Intrinsic Resiliency Training

MindFit Performance & Wellness (MPW)

The Avenir MindFit program helps clients optimize multiple aspects of performance and wellness, with emphasis on cognition (brain function); mindset; emotional intelligence; stress resilience; and brain-body health. Our approach is based in neurophysiological and emotional self-regulation; mindfulness techniques; energy management; and functional nutrition.

8-hour program delivered in one or two days

Intrinsic Wellness

Avenir offers a program to help clients in their body/mind fitness
goals. This training provides information and techniques to lead
clients to greater health and wellness--in mind, brain and body. You leave with a plan of action!

Two-day program
(over weekend)

Social and Emotional Intelligence

Social + Emotion Intelligence (S + EQ)

Our training blends techniques based in neuroscience, physiology, and mindfulness practices with practical, interactive SEQ skills-building activities. The techniques bring brain-body changes that enhance our capcities that are foundational for emotional and social intelligence (i.e., stress management, emotion regulation, flexible thinking and impulse control).

4-hr, 8-hr and 16-hr trainings available. Pre-training assessments (individual or 360).

Cultural Intelligence

Cultural Intelligence (CQ)

CQ picks up where EQ leaves off. It measures and increases your ability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse contexts (global and domestic). This type of intelligence has been researched in 98 countries for almost two decades.
